Our design department is headed by experienced people having 35+ years of manufacturing expertise at their command. Each and every drawing of our client is carefully studied and the entire process of manufacturing are splitted up into different operations, process sheets are prepared, cross-checked with original drawing, approved and finally released for manufacturing. Components/Assemblies manufactured for the first time by us always goes through the Prototype process, ensuring part manufactured meet all the parameters of the drawings. All the process sheets are prepared within tight tolerances. If the tolerances given in the drawing are 20microns, then 90% of the time, the tolerances in the process sheets are given as 10 microns. This process ensures that almost always the jobs are accepted by our clients.
